The program is hosted by the leading upscale, extended-stay hotel brands: Homewood Suites by Hilton, Residence Inn by Marriott, Staybridge Suites by InterContinental and Summerfield Suites by Hyatt. Since these brands provide hotels with meeting, dining and overnight facilities, campers remain on-site at all times.
Dining Services
Lunch breaks are scheduled for all campers, and breakfast and supper breaks are scheduled for overnighters. Yet to maintain flexibility for those with special dietary needs, campers can either bring their own meals or purchase them on-site:
- Breakfast is a buffet of hot and cold items spread by the hotel (included for overnighters).
- Lunch options include Subway sandwiches and salads and all-you-can-eat pizzeria pizza ($10 per meal).
- Supper options include items from casual dining restaurants like Outback Steakhouse ($15 per meal).
- All purchased meals include beverages.
Campers can also either bring their own snacks or purchase them on-site. A hotel-operated convenience store is open during meal and snack breaks and for overnighters, at the end of each day.
Overnight Accommodations
Two overnight options are offered: residential and sleepover. These options are identical except that with the lower-priced sleepover option, a camper is reserved floor space instead of a bed for their own sleeping bag or twin-size air mattress.
Nevertheless, all overnighters are housed in spacious 1- and 2-bedroom suites complete with housekeeping service and overnight supervision. Each suite accommodates a residential camper per bed, a sleepover camper on the floor of each bedroom and a counselor on the sofa bed in the living room.
