6:1 Ratio
Each group of 6 students (on average) is guided through our curriculum by an adult
staff member, for individualized instruction and supervision. These staff members
are typically college students majoring in computer science or recent camp alumni
that as students demonstrated maturity and curricular expertise.
Selection
To provide great role models that will create a safe, fun and academically stimulating
environment, staff members are carefully interviewed, background checked, trained
and evaluated.
Management
For quality control, an experienced, full-time, year-round executive directs the
camp.
Code of Conduct
To most adolescents, anarchy sounds fun. However we know that to provide an enjoyable
and profitable experience to every student, some ground rules are necessary. In
summary, students are expected to be safe, courteous and responsible at all times.
